I am curious about a couple of things.
Could it be the hex are contacting your return rails and not fully seating the line to the injector?
Could it be that there is powder coat on the mating surface causing an irregular contact pattern thus causing the leack?
Could it be the return line...
I am sorry t9 hear of your plight its a sad time when one has to do as you are.
What about a small 5th wheel camper trailer or tongue tow camper trailer? This way the weight wont always have to be on yer rig.
Just thinking there are trailers like 20' that essentially double your floor space...
Dont soak clutches in gear oil
Use friction modifier to soack clutches...then add remainder or...required amount to lube.
Check if u use synthetic as that could negate adding the modifier.
IIRC Ford zpecs syn fluid for LSD ....could be wrong but doubt that.
