Does anyone know the numbers for voltage coming out of each terminal from the voltage regulator. Should they all be the same voltage coming off the battery?. Electrical help. No power when key is turned.

New IP and injectors still wont start
1986 f250 with 250k miles. I have put new return lines, caps, injectors, injection pump, lift pump and it wont start. Truck shut off after start up with electrical smoke
