Can get pics, came off a truck with 200k that supposedly ran good but had a bad HG. Pump looks great,spins nice doesn't bind or anything like that. '99 E-350 Van Turbo PSD 7.3 - $300

Water pump pulley spacer
Is the spacer supposed to be on top of the pulley or underneath it? Common sense is telling me it's supposed to be underneath it, with this new Gates pump it won't let me install it with it on top ,the bolts keep rubbing against the pulley... but that's not how I took it apart. If your transmission doesn't shift right,check your kick down rod!!
Long story short,after replacing my modulator on the C6 and swapping out my VRV for another one and making a bunch of adjustments to it,this morning I walked out to my van and noticed the air filter housing was blocking the kick down rod from working properly! :backoff I have never seen this...- mbolton1990

'86 E350 Low Pressure A/C Port Location
Having trouble finding the low pressure port so I can put some freon in. Call me a dummy but the only fitting I found was between one of the compressor lines and the drier, normally that's the low pressure side but on this van it has a high pressure fitting on there. What the heck...- mbolton1990

Anyone put a '78 front end on a 80's Econoline? E-350
So I just picked up a '86 IDI E-350 Camper van and love it, but I really like the '78 van front end (round headlights) has anyone retrofitted these to fit one of the newer front ends?
