Timing Belt-Houston Area
Anyone know or have experience with a shop around the Houston, TX area that can change a 2003 TDI timing belt? The VW shops I know around town don't want to touch it. The dealers want $800-$900. Thanks,- Rhino

Getting close to 36k miles
Check the pulley on the Altenator. Mine came off 350 miles IN Warranty. Tore up the Alt. Shaft & I got a new one out of VW. It was on National Backorder, so I think it was a common problem. On Warranty: I think it's 36k Bumper to Bumper, 50k on Drivetrain.- Rhino
