    If it was the harmonic balancer it would vibrate continuously, if starting to go probably not noticeable at low rpm and wld progressively get worse as Rpms rise, but it wldnt cause smoke so I cld understand it thinking. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    Helidiesel mayb correct too with his voltage theory, to test his theory would probably deal directly with the ip. Though we have no computers we arent going anywhere without electricity to the ip. Set up a voltmeter in the connection on top of ip closest to the grill and rev to 900rpm to test...

    If the injector is only starting a slight leak it is possibly to not leak so much tht cylinder compression Still has enough heat to burn it, and if theres a couple u cld experience some serious shaking. And again this is only a possibilty. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    No, but luckily a crack test can be performed in a very short period of time. And it is a lower rpm so i wouldnt be worried, 1150-1200 and up i wouldnt recommend. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    Well if it gets done and u go to check it out, check the coolant level; if low pull oil dipstick to make sure its not milky. If oil isnt milky while u got it out make sure theres no fuel in the oil. Past that if it runs good when fired just take a walk around not forgetting to overlook anything...

    Rough acceleration?

    You say it blew 15ft of coal and "choked". I would be concerned about lack of air first, check to make sure theres nothing wrong with the intake in terms of blockages, if not an issue id be looking towards the fuel screw on the new ip immediately; probably set wide open out of the box.
