Did you resolve your power and tranny issues? Also, something I've been pondering is how much harder it is (or isn't) since this truck was designed to work on the engine with the cab off. I drove a 2011 F250 with a 6.7 as my work truck for over a year and it was mainly driven off road at a refinery. It didn't see nice roads too often. There's probably a formula you can use to extrapolate the difference in timing due to the increase in pressure. The best way I can think of is to make a pop tester with multiple pressure outlets. Hm, I was unaware the IDI Max Lagod put together had IDI injectors. All of the ideas I posted were just things I thought about that could be problems. That was my mistake. Most P-pumps pressurize fuel at 17400 psi, whereas A-pumps are at 10875 psi. Yes, R & D Performance as well as a couple others shim IDI injectors from 2200 to 2300 psi.
