    WVO designs Discount

Hey alls... figured I'd share here too. I'm currently collaborating with WVO Designs and they've given me a discount code to share with viewers of my YT channel. They typically don't discount their products... I think this is a first for them. With that said, check the video description for...

WMO - Comparing Driving on a single tank 50/50 vs dual tanks with W90.

Advancing the timing can help. Oil burns slower so a bit more time to burn completely does help. W90 = 90% oil / 10% gasoline. Id say some of your smoke is from shutting down on oil. The liquid on the injector tips bakes on giving a poor spray pattern after a while. Typically, if you switch...

WMO - Comparing Driving on a single tank 50/50 vs dual tanks with W90.

Hey guys... So put together a couple videos highlighting the differences.. pros and cons of both single and dual tank setups for WMO. I run a single tank currently in my 300SD running 50/50 W90 to diesel... And dual tanks in my IDI.. straight W90 in the auxiliary tank. Both work...

    Centrifuge vs Filters.....

I have a feeling we'll be there before too long if we stay on our current path. Good luck bud!

    Centrifuge vs Filters.....

Single pass but I run it slow. The longer the oil is in the bowl, the cleaner the oil coming out will be. I'm typically not in a hurry. I shoot for 4-5gph flow rate.

I just saw your post but it looks like you've got it covered. Keep us posted on progress!

    Centrifuge vs Filters.....

Good morning alls... So this is why I prefer a centrifuge. Over the last 10 years, I've used about every method to get our oil clean. Nothing compares to a single pass so far.

    Actually retrieving WMO

We typically load an empty tote on my flatbed along with our 1.5" HF trash pump, hoses, and suction wand that fits drums/totes. Works great. You can see the pump and such near the end of this video... We also have several outfits that let us place a tote and they fill the tote. When it's...

Setting up dual tanks with manual valves

Hey guys... figured I'd share a quick video of how I setup our trucks (and cars, buses, etc) for dual tanks. It's simple and works great.

Introduction to black diesel ( WMO)

I'm planning on moving the filter anyways as right now it's a pain in the cold months. Flow through the filter is very restricted when the oil gets thick. I'm going to move it to the pressure side between the drill powered pump and the feed drum. The filter is a 50mic rated hydraulic filter...

Introduction to black diesel ( WMO)

Hey all. With fuel prices going through the roof, I figured now was as good a time as any to put together a video of how we do "black diesel" or WMO.

    '90 F350 Crewcab 4x4 "BFTD" Project..

Well... old girl left me stranded on the side of the road with a smoked FSS. Cruising down the road and it was as if I reached up and shut off the key. After dragging it home, got it up and running again and oddly, it feels like it has a good bit more power and seems to start easier overall...

New To WMO. Many questions. Any thoughts?

Head out of the city and talk to some local farmers. They have to pay to haul it off. I pickup from a few on an annual basis. They just setup a tote and agreed that it would be oil only.. no coolant/water, etc.

    '90 F350 Crewcab 4x4 "BFTD" Project..

Well.. just ordered another ~$300 worth of patch panels. Inner and outer rockers for both sides and cab corners. I ordered everything for a regular cab and I'll just be cutting them up and fitting them. We'll see how it works out. Also ordered the Raptor liner kit. Got some other little...

    '90 F350 Crewcab 4x4 "BFTD" Project..

Finally got the new door on and some of the electrical upgrades done... but had to get it drivable again so its now back out of the shop. Will be ordering cab corners here in a few weeks along with the raptor liner kit I'll be using. Can't hardly wait to get this thing buttoned up.

New To WMO. Many questions. Any thoughts?

No trouble with gas. We've been blending with gas since we started... typical batch is 5 gallons to 50 gallons of oil. We've ran the blend in everything from the IDI and OM616/617s to a 4bt Cummins and a DT360. No problems. We recently upgraded our setup to a single pass 'fuge and now we...

    '90 F350 Crewcab 4x4 "BFTD" Project..

A few updates in video form... Got the windshield frame repair finished up and new glass put in... And FINALLY found out the issue with my driver's door. I thought the hinge bushings were bad... well I was way off. Hinges were tight (replaced them anyways).. but the mount plates in...

    '90 F350 Crewcab 4x4 "BFTD" Project..

Its been a long time... figured I'd update this finally. Still have the truck and it still runs and drives great. Just started working on things again. I got tired of not having a speedometer so I reworked the gauge cluster again. I also got tired of the windshield leaking. When I...
