    Got me some new tires!

^^^^ What he said. My DD came nitrogen filled. Made it 11 months before an extreme cold snap tripped TPMS.

My 6.0 psd is building over 16 psi since my egr delete. Was not before. Please help

Getting ready to replace my cooler as well. I have been told that there is no good way to clean the cooler. The passages are too small and delicate. Wish it wasn't so, but it sounds like another cooler is called for.

    Thermo is missing?

Scared for what you will find... Green doesn't play well with orange coolant. Should have had gold if factory, of red if a concerned previous owner had made the switch.

    Comments from the ADS conference.

I was once a 'roller'. It was a non turbo VW. That was about ten diesel powered vehicles ago. I am as anti-coal rolling as it gets from diesel owners currently. I try to convince the kids at work that there are big hp tunes out there that don't belch smoke. Most of the tuners for Powerstrokes...

What did everyone else do with their tax return

Due to all the ice and snow this winter, I got to fix the things that an incompetent 'electrician' blew up when he put 240v through my 120v system... Furnace, fridge, freezer. Working on replacing the three TV's, Keurig, Xbox, and microwave that went up in sparks and smoke. Was supposed to be...

So, Who makes the BEST recovery strap?

Military surplus cotton is what I have been using for the last 25 years. Light weight and about as much give as anyone could ask for (think rubber band that won't snap).

F-350 Crew Cab Tube Step Bars

Had a couple of them. Great little truck if you don't live in the rust belt. Last one rusted the floor out of the bed by 75k miles.

    "Brownie Box" Aux Trans Questions

Brownie box for sure, but remember they need a small air source to do the shifting, assuming it has juice brakes.

    F 350 1994 7.3 turbo one year wonder ?'s

My DD is a 210HP/320LBFT 2.8L commonrail turbocharged monster that loves to eat tires. That said, for the price of one injector I can buy an IDI and have a LOT less maintenance and cost. Can't have a truck where I live now but I will be moving in a couple months, so IDI it is....

Alright, what is the best battery for extremely cold climates.

Anyone ever tried group 31 six volts in series on these trucks? Was introduced to this concept years ago and I LOVE it.

    help truck wont stop

I had that on the 93. I ended up submerging it to get it right. That was after running about 3 gallons of fluid through the system.

    Cooking batteries!

Corrosion would be my guess. Older cables oxidize and require more voltage/amps to jump through. That applies to the grounds too. I replace cables routinely and always use di-electric grease on the connections.

    Rust Proofing YES!

BUT they also spray/wipe it down with an oil to prevent water penetration. My M885 gets sprayed twice a year an is rust free since 1976. And she is a real snowhore with the white coating of salt on her to prove it.

Found a motor home with a Mopar big block and I have some questions

As posted above the block ID will tell you the displacement. Dodge usually used the steel (forged) crank in industrial/MH spec. The harmonic damper is a really quick clue which crank is in it. Approx 3/4" would be a forged crank while a 1.25" is a cast crank. And IIRC 73 was the first year...
