    Yeah, they like to eat lifters. But also exhaust manifold leaks are a very common tick source. Another is loose spark plugs. Even in factory form, these have a ton of valve train clearance. If I go back into mine, I'm getting adjustable rocker arms. Sent from my SM-G988U using Tapatalk

    Valve Issues

    Iirc, lifters are pretty robust in these. Only time I would upgrade is if I was doing stronger valve springs. (If running higher boost) @IDIoit ran some fancy Johnson ones, I think. Imo, valve guides are all in one. They require machining to do right. Sent from my SM-G988U using Tapatalk

    You can definitely just pull the heads. I've done a stud installation with engine in as well. Nothing is impossible, just harder/more time consuming. Definitely have the heads rebuilt and machined, just make sure the shop knows what they're doing with these heads. Sent from my SM-G988U using...

    Yeah, not really true anymore. Where have you been the last 20 years? When you say "actually HAULS," who exactly are you talking about? Anyone I've seen that hauls for a living (hotshot and such) are using trucks like 4500, 5500, 450, 550 and the like. Which have came with Rear Disc for awhile...

    Re-wire rear door windows

    Ford's don't work that way. All windows get power from the driver switch panel. Actually AFAIK, even gm and dodge are that way. (Think of the window lock feature) Sent from my SM-G988U using Tapatalk
