    6.5 turbo w/mechanical injection

Your limited by the mechanical pump. They have a 4 plunger pump out there that flows some fuel. Compression will need to be lowered and studs. New heads that are the hd heads, thicker. Good free flowing exhaust. Intercooler and possibly meth injection. A good none restricted turbo, not a 7.3...

Got some work done. I finally got the Fluid Damper and installed it. Crank pulley is installed so is the fan and the spacer. My buddy machined this spacer to my specs to get the fan were I wanted it. The spacer also adapts due to the wp hub being 3/4's and the fan pilot is 5/8's he made it very...

I have got some done. I removed the whole front core support and grill to cut the holes for the inter cooler piping. I repainted the whole core support and re-installed it. I then spent 1 week hand straightening each fin on the radiator and then painted it. I painted the shroud also and got the...

No not because the clutch is beefy. Because its a 12 inch clutch a stock 6.5 clutch disk is 12 inch. That's why. I could find 10 inch clutch all day long that would not work with the flywheel. I know I know the t5 is weak.

Yea me I hate hyd clutches. A 6.2 in a 64 would be awesome. I wish I kept my 57 GMC step side LB would be cool for a 6.2. If you keep the pump stock it will sip. If you turn it up it gets a little thirsty. My 89 ford idi ate fuel like crazy. I had it turned up a little to hot. It would blow...

Yea I know most car trans are 10 spline. The super t10 is a 26 spline 12 inch clutch. The only clutch that is 26 spline and 12 inch. It took me a month to find what would work. I have a friend that works at AutoZone he told me about the t10. He showed me the clutch and it is beefy.

Yea a nv 3500 is a 10 spline. I'm using a t5. I had a nv 3500 in a s10 and the 4.3 broke the bell housing. I didn't think it would work behind the 6.5. That's a great price but you are right I would only use the pressure plate.

    68 chevy c10 6.5 td

That would be great. The only problem is I have to use a car clutch for a super t10. My input shaft is 26 spline a nv4500 is 10 I think. I am also using a solid flywheel. For curiosity how much? I might use the pressure plate and just get a different disk.

Very beefy. I have not tested it yet I don't have the clutch yet. It has the stock movement. Should be no different then factory.

    6.9 weight??

The only reason a 6.2/6.5 doesn't hold up is pure maint. They are like a women if you don't care or love them they will leave you hanging.

Here are some pics of the clutch linkage. I made the bracket on the engine side and the frame side. The bracket is mounted to the bell housing. The bell housing is a 56 Bel air. I still need to paint it.
