AH Crap!
confirmed, bad idea. as far as the glow plugs go, there just a for now fix. getting motor crafts asap hard to find good stuff here, the parts stores only stock junk for idis and the dlerships just want to sell you a new tru. Thanks for the tip.- cornbinder8591

Ok, help me out her OH IDI gods! I had my 91/84 up and running for about three days when I discovered half the glow plugs went out. no big, I ran to town and got some delcos and a box ofbeer, and went to change tem out. all but one is stuck so damned tight they wont een budge with a pair of vise...- cornbinder8591

hey, thanks for the reply,man. sounds like other than a trip to the junk yard I'm covered. oh, and I only posted it under 911 because it's my only set of wheels. swapping engines because the 6.9 is a rebuild with about 10,000 on it. gives me a chance to freshen up my 7.3 maybe for a swap project...- cornbinder8591

Will this work?
my 1991 ext cab 4x4 with the e4od slush box has been giving me tranny troubles for the last month. after changing all the sensors I could find, still not working right. so.... just picked up a running wrecked 84' with a 6.9 and a bw4 speed, plan is yank the 7.3 with the auto still attached, deal...- cornbinder8591

California is going after grease thieves
It probably wouldn't bug me so much if they would at least offer the stuff back for sale here. either just filtered or a biodiesel. there is only one biopump in a hundred miles of my place and it's just as expensive as petrol- cornbinder8591

Hello, new to the forum. once the stuff is used, it should be first come first serve. I was getting all the grease my brothers and I could use until the big out fits moved up here and started offering people checks that never came. those big grease contractors are no better than opec, GOD FORBID...- cornbinder8591
