Friend of mine has a 2000-2001 7.3 that I'm going to wind up servicing for him. Is there a list of approved oil/fuel filters that Ford recommends? How much oil is used for the oil change? Thanks for any info.- RAF

Aux fuse block
Been thinking about installing an aux fuse block for power for the Comp,gauges,future lights. Any one else done that?And if so,where is it mounted at? How is it working out?- RAF

Code 1689
As per Geno's request. Truck acted up this morning,check engine lite,stumbling,cut off once. Got code 1689-No communications between ECM and fuel pump. Cummins book says that it could be one of a couple of things. Anyone run across this before and what fixed it? Also unhooked the Comp to...- RAF
