    Sorry, remembered my figures wrong. Total on scales was 13940, Subtract 8600 GVWR leaves 5340 Lbs for the trailer. Only above max recommended weight by 2 occupants.     I prefer teflon paste. As stated above, it is not a sealer, but only a lubricant to allow tapered pipe threads to be tightened more. It has no place in a compression fitting.     Nice! My totals add up to 5828, my partner sitting in the truck was about 200Lbs brings it up to 6028, Very close to actual weight. The shell, slider, and 200 Lbs of gear goes back in as soon as I can get it dryed off.
