Hot engine light.
Hot engine light stays on and temp gauge does not move. I recently put a 01 motor in my 96. Changed out all sensors for obs sensors. Also ISO of radiator and SD fan.- 86ford69jw

Very minimal towing. Daily driver and a lil off road use. OD button is gone as PO broke top of shift lever off. Allways check fluid levels a couple times a week or Atleast every time I fill up. all fluids are allways close to topped off. 97 F250 HD auto 4x4 3.55s turning 16.6!- 86ford69jw

Changed UVCH on both sides. And put in a 6637. Engjne ideals and runs smoother. No shake at idle. Makes good boost. Runs about 500-600 egt. Has hard shake at 40-50 on the low end. Bring the rpms up a couple hundred and it goes away. Only thing left I can think of is the seal in the knuckle...- 86ford69jw

Also my boss changed it out today with a good used one. But didn't change the harness under the valve cover and said it made no diff. He is gunna change the harness tomm. 97 F250 HD auto 4x4 3.55s turning 16.6!- 86ford69jw

The ole take the glow plug out trick don't work any more???? Lol. I've had lil practice. This is my fifth injector job. Never had any issues. Working on a 04 6.0 at the same time. plus getting ready to build a 7.3.. Plus build a giant corn blade for our 4 wheel drive tractor. 97 F250 HD auto...- 86ford69jw

So we did a TC test. Touch the brake pedal while it is shaking. No diff when breaks applied. My boss is sure it is the TC sensor. Waiting on a friend to get around so we can put on his scanner 97 F250 HD auto 4x4 3.55s turning 16.6!- 86ford69jw

Truck shudders after it shifts into third. Around 50mph under light pedal the whole truck shakes. Changed oil and filter, fuel filter, trans filter and fluid. All u joints are tight. Rear end is tight. New tires. We're lost! If you get on it it's fine. Turn chip off its better but not gone...- 86ford69jw
