Sorry, i'm not parting out the kit. These are hard to find complete.
Warhog, I have the instructions, and it's dead simple. I did it in a day on the street in front of my house... :D
If he doesn't take it, would you part it out? I had a guy send me an email offering $100 the the turbo drain tube and the rubber elbow between the turbo and filter. I could forward him to you if shipping was reasonable. Please PM me and let me know.
The only reason i can think for the stock speaker to be a lot louder than the new ones is if the ohms of the speaker are different. Hopefully you didn't damage the head by mixing them...
I've got an 85 crew cab with a 460 and C6. Pulled this load about 75 miles and had plenty of power and could hold speed on most hills, but only got 5mpg.
Just a little over 18,000#
EDIT: The forum is freaking out or something and won't attach a picture...sorry
Look at the walbro pumps. They are marine diesel pumps and put out quite a bit more that the Facet. About $150 though...

Instead of doing this post by post, could you please edit the original post to include the details of the truck. Thinks like engine, transmission, 4wd or not, what parts are good.... you get the idea....
The link i posted said the max output torque was 8,300 ft-lb and 2,000 ft-lb continuous. I'm assuming that's after the reduction at the ring and pinion...
His is a 95, so i think it's the S5-47... Haven't had any transmission related problems, but the clutch is stiff as hell. We don't know whats up with that...
Here's probably more than you wanted to know about it...

Do you have a more specific question?
I put them on because i wanted more light for driving out in the back country. Turned out my upgraded headlights were enough so i'm not putting them on my new truck...
