Clutch questions
Did you inspect/replace the piece on the transmission that the throwout bearing slides on? I forget the actual name for it, but if there is the slightest bit of wear on it the throwout bearing will not slide properly.- DBell

Before and After (pics)
Runs good so far, had the engine out and replaced the rear main seal, oil cooler o-rings, oil pan/valve cover gaskets, pilot bearing and Clutch. Haven't driven it too much yet (about 25 miles so far), still waiting on the title to come back from the DMV so I can get some plates on it. This...- DBell

Before and After (pics)
Selling my 2005 f150 to buy a family car (hopefully a Ford Edge), same old story, new baby at home. So I'll be keeping the wife's old car to commute to work with and this truck is going to be my hauler. Should last a lifetime since I'll be able to keep it away from the road salt in the winter.- DBell

WTB air filter housing '85 F250
I have been busy getting the old '85 F-250 running again after sitting for 9 years and recently discovered that mice had built a nest out of the air filter and caused the housing to rust through, anybody have an extra one out there? Naturally aspirated/non turbo.- DBell

9 year old diesel fuel
Quick question for you guys, I'm about ready to try and fire up my '85 f-250 that has been sitting for 9 years now. I'm not even sure how much fuel is in the tanks, but I was thinking of putting all the old fuel in one tank and fresh in the other so I could just switch to the old fuel after the...- DBell
