    Alot of time it is just the solenoid on top of the injectors and people get soaked for injecrors when for $60 you can replace a solenoid on top of the injector.

    One thing to check is the oil level in HPOP res. if for some reason it is low it will not start. Also check the oil pressure gauge while cranking, if you are not seeing pressure it will not not start.     The reason the bearing fails is using the steering wheel to pull yourself in. It's a pain to rebuild as the shaft get all wore and a bearing will not ride right any more if you try to put a new bearing in. When My old 87 went I just replaced it.

    As for the lifters unless they have flat spots I would use them back. They are roller lifters so the are to subject to wear like flat tappets.

    Nick, I need the rods for the drivers side but I could use both cylinders so both doors are the same. Has it been that long WOW, baby is 5 now. Yep still working pipeline but laid off right now, last year I worked in Ky, Ala and Wy.

    Nick, That would be great, if you can find the rod and the cylinder I sure could use all. My cylinder on drivers door was destroyed and would be great if both doors would be the same. My tailgate lock don't work either BUT I don't care. BTW Hows the wife and baby, bet the baby has grown a bunch.

    The pin on the front is just to center the wheel not really necessary as I have knocked them off the front and had no problem but on the rear they align the 2 wheels so you can air up the inside tire.
