    Well ended up getting an 05 f250 , 75k on it, counldnt believe I got it for what I did, clean as can be with a few upgrades on it, I have a a few mods to do but I can't do to much till warranty is up, 2 year bumper to bumper with it so thanks for all the info .

    Ok, decision. Point, came across 2 94-95 cummins, one "rebuilt" 2000.00. Don't have paper work on it but its a running engine on a stand no ps pump intake tubing etc, then another engine in a truck, 130 k complete running will let me have it for 2500 complete engine only, intake, down pipe etc...

    Sweet info, what I ment by does it matter if it was an auto or standard, will either engine bolt up with the adapter plate to my 4r100?, is there any noise, sound , play in parts that I should look for? If all goes well ill be buying the conversion parts from fordcummins.com

    im wanting rear ac and heat in my cc, my Friend-coworker has 04-05 chevy ext cab and it has ac through the center console that face the rear passengers, anyone done this to a SD or do SD come with this option< parts i cant get at the salvage yard????
