pump adjustment
hey guys i got a 86 6.9. on the injection pump how do you adjust the vacum thing that is on the pump with 2 hoses on it. i noticed mine was missing a screw, so being a dummy i moved it a little before i put another screw in place, now the truck seems to shift alot sooner unless im really on the...- bigb9582

ok i check it and i do have 12v going to the fuel shut off, so i used a jumper and i couldnt hear no clicking in it. i also checked the timeing advance and i had no power to it, so i jumper it and it made a click!?- bigb9582

i know its not out of gas or a clogged filter (filters only got 500miles on it) because fuel pours out of the line that goes to the pump when cranking, just no fuel from the pump to the injectors.- bigb9582
