    Got it Fishin, thanks. I think I am going to do the aal, as I am soon going to have replace my 33/12.50-16.5 (worn out) with a little taller tire, no other way to get them in there with lifting the front some, already done the bumper trim years ago just to clear the 33's. Rob

    I still have the quetsion about doing this on a F250, would anything else have to be done if I put an aal in the front? I seen on here where some have done it to theirs was curious.. Rob

    Those with a F250 who did this lift I have a question, I also have a F250 and wanted to do the same thing, question is, did you have to do anything else? I thought maybe realignment but not sure, what else am I looking to do? Thanks

    Gotcha, how heavy do you think it is right at this point? How did you fasten it to the frame? I also would be interested in a copy of your plans if you decide to go in that direction, got fab skills but not too much on the drawing/planning skills dept. Rob

    Mudkicker, Would you happen to have the dimensions on the brackets you built, one more ?, is the only thing you used for the lift was a add a leaf spring?

    Axle code 13

    Curious about this as well, is the code listed in the drivers door sticker, I went and looked at mine again and it say's code 39 and if I look at the faq it makes it a 3.55 gear, I was sure before it was a 3.73?

    As the title states, when I turn the switch on the battery light indicator comes on, does not matter if glow plugs come on or not the light still comes on. I have both new batteries, I think they are 950 cca each, I cleaned all the terminals, cleaned the grounds, etc. The light goes off as soon...

    Vacumm Pump

    It really is that easy, take the belt off, 2 bolts and it comes right off,. Only thing is you have to be carefull with is the pulley when pulling it off, factory pulley is kinda thin metal. I got mine from the local AutoZone, about $35.00.
