I might have to try loosening it up and see where it likes to sit. It might just work. I want to post pics of the truck but i guess you can't do that from a phone. I'll have to upload em to my laptop so yall can see what I'm working with.
I didn't buy em new. I've got $150 in them . In the whole truck I've got $2400 in it total with the swap and all . It's been about a two year project . I bought it as a cab and frame to convert my 97 ex cab short bed into a cc sb . But couldn't bring myself to tear my ex cab apart. So i ended up...
I have pulled it apart . The blue coating looks like new and i smeared mobil 1 red grease on it . I've ran the same block setup for 10 years on my ex cab shortbed f250 . I've never had an issue with em . I'd love to buy a pair of lift springs but they're too pricy for my pocket.
Sorry . Yes it has a 2" block on top of the 4" factory block . The front section was shortened and balanced . I put a brand new carrier bearing in it and less than 10 miles later it's trying to pull the rubber through the back of the hoop again. Seems like the slip doesn't doesn't move freely...
Hello all . Haven't posted in a while. I've been working on my 94 f350 cummins swap. I wound up using the dodge trans and newer dodge transfer case with a 99 sd driveshaft. The problem I'm having is the rear section of the shaft seems like it keeps grabbing the front section and trying to pull...
If it wont fire back up when hot after shutting it off then that pump is worn out. It needs to be replaced . The tolerances have gotten to large and it can't build enough pressure to refire. I bet if you shut it off when it's hot and dump a bag of ice on the injector pump it'll fire right up...
They changed in 1990 to the t fitting at the brake hose . Front line goes into back of brake hose tee. Then the line from the right front plumbs straight in through the frame into the tee. Then the rear line comes out of the mc and into the r.a.b.s unit. Then out to the rear axle. Hope maybe...
Hello all. so I'm in the process of a swap into my 94 F-350 , i used a 89 12v with a 46rh trans and converted the trans to 4x4, my question i guess is where can i find a tv cable? for a decent price. i have had no luck finding one anywhere. also was wondering if ya'll think maybe i could use a...
the mc is different , the way and positions of the bolt holes make it different from the obs to the bricknose you can make it work you will have the use bolts to secure the obs mc to the brick nose firewall, if that makes any sense what so ever.
i sold mine 2 weeks ago , couldnt keep making ecuses for myself at 8 mpg no matter what, so i bought a 99 superduty, however i will buy another idi when money permits.
