Another cold start thread.......
Ok, after searching, I've found that most threads about cold starts are during deep winter conditions and glow plug issues. My situation is different. Just purchased an '89 F350 16' U-haul box van with the 7.3 IDI and C6. I purchased the truck at 8pm in 10 degree winter weather last week...- yellaheep

'89 F350 diesel/auto trans shifting issue

Mechanical fuel pump - 7.3 IDI
Talk about frustration........... In trying to shake down my high RPM fuel delivery issues, I decided to go ahead and replace the mechanical fuel pump. Search didn't find it.... Wheels: what fits?
I have a '93 F250 with the Dana 60 front TTB and Sterling full float rear - 8 lug steel wheels. I believe I read that at one point, Ford trucks changed from the 8 on 6.5" lug pattern to a metric lug pattern? And if so, what year did that start? If I understand correctly, most American...- yellaheep

Looking for rear leaf spring interchange confirmation...
The rear leaf packs on my '93 F350 are cracked and the 3 middle leafs have fallen out of the driver's rear spring pack leaving the other halves pinched in place.
