F350 460 to 12v
Has anyone here done a 12V swap and used the 460 ZF5-42 Transmission? If so, tell me how it worked out. I'm doing the swap on a 1989 F350 2wd that i will use for towing. It has 4.10 gears. rear end swap for mileage
I'm looking to for the best mileage possible. i have a 95 2wd 5spd truck with 3.55 gears. I also have a free rear end from a 90 dodge diesel 3.07 gears. Would it help my mileage to swap in the 3.07 rearend? i don't tow much. Any input would be great.- gearhead28
