I was referencing the steering more than the suspension with the f150 thing cause the ttb isn't a straight bar like the solid axle, if the pitman arm doesn't drop the right amount the steering Is likely to be affected

The pitman and D50 TTB steering linkage will be necessary. I have D50 linkage on Bruiser's D44 TTB and it makes the truck pitch and nose dive BAD when sitting still (fine on the road). The draglink hinges off the tie rod at a different angle on the lead sprung TTB's.

Yes, and I think f350's usually sit higher so that may play a factor there too but he maybe could use the f250 springs up front unless they sit the same hieght as the f350, I know mine sits higher than my buddies f250

Oh yeah, I forgot. You wouldn't want to use the F350 springs on a D50. The TTB's use a MUCH higher spring rate to function properly.

The f350 crossmember has the holes for the ttb brackets, all you need to do is remove the 2 rear leaf spring bolts to frame, 2 front shackle bolts to frame, 2 pivot bolts in the center, remove steering from gear box and disconnect brake lines and pull the axle out.

8 bolts hold the 2 brackets on the crossmember, remove them and the bolts and put them on the f350 crossmember. Slide the ttb under the 350 and reconnect everything.

Here's a pic of a f350 crossmember, see the backwards z indent on the top with the 4 holes, those are the ttb mounts, there's 2 more hole on the front of the crossmember and 2 on the back for the mounts.

wouldn the holes for the ttb brackets be in the crossmember already.
spring shackle and mounts are the same any how as are the shock towers, may have to change the 350 rear blocks out for a set of 250 ones.
seems to me should be a simple swap
