Both power windows in my 99 F550 7.3, were working just fine and rolled the drivers one down one day (in the rain) and it won't go back up, both windows are dead. Both switches on drivers door and the switch on passenger door do nothing.

The fuse, (position 25) in the fuse box, is fine. The wires thru the boot in the door jam seem fine. Unplugged the switch and jumped out the wires to get the window back up. Motor functions fine. Does anyone have any thoughts here as to where a window relay or something might be in these superduty psd trucks? Or any other thoughts for that matter. I'm tempted to just switch doors with another truck that has manual windows but that's a last resort.

The fuse (#25) is fine as I stated in my original post. That's why I chose to politely ask for other suggestions, here on the forum.

Ha missed where you said it was 25.
It's a fuse or circuit breaker?
Check position 4 relay in the dash.
There's also one labeled as power window/lock illumination. But I think that's only the light.

When you jumped it, was that from the battery? Or just in the switch connector with the switch out?
If the latter, it's possible the switches just went at the same time.

driver side switches control both the driver side and the passanger side windows.
we had trouble on an 03 before that eneded up being a problem in the fuse box with the accessory delay relay . radio didnt work right either.

Does the radio work? What about the dome light? Test the switches with a voltmeter if you have one.

I jumped the window motor out from the battery as there is no power from the light blue wire w/ black tracer, as I believe there is supposed to be anytime the key is either ON or ACC.
The lock/window illumination fuse is fine, not sure about the #4 relay under the dash. I'm betting that might be it. I will have to track that down.
The radio does work and so does the dome light.

Was told yesterday that it could also be the "GEM" module if all else fails. I hope not

I have a CD for every Ford Car and truck from 99 to 2002. That's the only Power Window circuit that's on there.
