Start off by saying thanks for any help. I am having tranny problems in my 1992 F250 7.3 idi. I have a hard shift problem. I have replaced the Solenoid pack in the trans and the filp. Set the filp with key on engine not running after warmup to 1.1 volts on center wire(which is as low as I can get it) and fully pressed pedal 7.4 volts. The truck shifts hard for a short time. After I drive the truck for 10 to 15 minutes it starts shifting normal and is fine until the truck cools down over night. When we checked the codes it was showing code 22 which is the BARO. We were able to get the code to clear and not come back. I was thinking about replacing it but not sure if this could be the problem. Any ideals? Thanks for the help.

You don't have a BARO, that's barometric pressure, only the PSD's have them.

Reset your FIPL to .96, you should never get over 5 VDC at WOT.

The Tach sensor for RPM has to be working perfectly, also the VSS on the rear axle.
