This stink big Time as i was so looking to time this thing properly specially with the new Pump and injectors ...

NOW I HAVE NO CLUE which way to go about doing it ...

There are 3 timikg threads I did....comparing static timimg lights and advance lights utilizing the piezo clamp on the injector line.

There is a Fox brand clamp IIRC that isnt too expenskve and timing ligjt and timing tape...for static lights...and or advance lights.

This makes me wonder if garys machines could trigger a timing light and then still be uzable???

Sorry to have let down the group. I will return to renting meters but need them repaired first.These meters are the kent moore j33300-a meters and ship out working correctly. est I can think is the ground shipping thru USPS shakes up the meters and burns out the digital displays.The meters work but trying to determine what the display is telling up sucks. Not every light in each display number is burned out.So its hard to tell if the number is 3 or 7 or 9.

Gary, is this your letter carrier? Be aware, none of the delivery people, USPS, UPS, FedEx,..., are gentle all the time. They all have very tight time constraints. They're given more mail and parcels to deliver than they can handle in the allotted time. We have had our letter carrier deliver to us at 8:00 PM, walking his route with a flashlight strapped to his head.

You did not let any one down sir, what you have been giving back to this community is greatly appreciated by me and so many others, you have shared a lot of great info with me in the past.

Shitz happen during shipping and handling. if the LEDS not displaying the correct digit it could be 2 or # of things , one the IC ( integrated Circuit ) Chip ( clock 555 ) is knocked loose if it's setting in a socket or the solder is cold cracked due to fall .

2- you have a bad incomplete circuit / shorting. Any ETA on repair , i would rather waiting for the right tool to do the right job

Nope i wrote 3 timing threads...those are what I am referring too.

All you need iz an amplified signal from the injection line bumped up to trigger a timing light....or a fox adapter and timing tape amd timing light.
