after I get sent a 3/16" return lineset with a pump and bb's and set about installing it........
several days later imagine my surprise to realize I removed a 1/4" lineset... get to # 8 and realize the t for the tank return is 1/4".

before I shell out for another lineset in 1/4" anyone know of a 1//4x1/4x3/16 metalic t?

Draw an strait line left to right... In the center on top draw another line(branch)... Left to right line would be 1\4"... Branch would like to be 3\16"....
Barb fittings.

napa stared at me. truck co here on the edge of the black abyss aught (sp?haha) at me.

All the return line system fittings has to be either 3/16" or 1/4" fittings. There is no such fitting (cap) (1/4x1/4x3/16) anywhere that will fit on an injector. Whoops, need the fitting below, not a cap.
If the original is 1/4", then the barb fitting on top of the IP is also 1/4", also the barb on the filter, if it is 3/16", those barbs will also be 3/16".

Below is probably what you have. You could drill and tap it for a 3/16" barb, 1/8"NPT to 3/16" barb.

I got vatozone o really'$$$ and napa
All 3 carry the same part from the slow boat.
Napa just rebox's and marks it up.

Heck even the old family heavyweight truck (class8) shop has the same craptastic selection.
Cannot even get spring pins ( center of leaf) unless ya order a case.

any return line with green clamps is going to be the small 3/16 lines. The red clamps is the 1/4 inch lines.Never mix and match cause you will have plenty of leaks no matter how you do it.

You can always just use a 1/4" tee and shove the 3/16" line onto it. I've done that before, it generally works if the rubber is stretchy enough.

Or use the 1/4" tee you have, a short length of rubber hose to a reducer like this one from McMaster https://www.mcmaster.com/#44555k116/=16ivbga (or Home Depot/Lowes equivalent) to get down to 3/16".

Or you could build your own reducer tee using a female threaded tee and three NPT hose barbs 2 -1/4" and one 3/16" - if you have room. Use liquid pipe dope if you go this route not Teflon tape.
