It has these ones are they right caps for it?

Yeah, the 7.3 return lines/caps (larger line size) have the hose barbs off center. The 6.9 ones have the hose barbs centered.


I misunderstood your question/post. I thought you were saying there was something other than the standard return lines/caps on your injectors.

The pictured return like kit is the red clamps and the larger line.

So I got the pump out of it this afternoon. It did have a gasket on it with rtv holding it on there. Do you guys know how long it will take to get all the air out of the lines?

As long as it takes. :D

It usually takes me about 3 good cranking sessions. You can pull the "easy to get to" glow plugs out to make it easier to crank. Hook up the battery charger.

I usually put the line nuts on only finger tight until the fuel starts coming out, then I snug them down. Once they are all/mostly bled, replace and connect the glow plugs. White smoke should be coming out the tail pipe now, and it should fire up.
