WTB: '87-'91 Ford Ex-Cab,IP,Fuel tanks,etc...

Looking for a rust free or minimal rust '87-'91 Ex-Cab in the Houston area. Truck configuration doesn't matter. Neither does color. I found one locally at a yard but the rocker panels are bent from resting on rims for a long time and they want $230 if I pull it, $450 if they do it. From the quick glance I got, It didn't look too bad. And when they mean bare cab, They're not kidding! They even want the glass off! I'm hoping a fellow member has one they're willing to part with instead.

I've never pulled a cab so I don't know what is involved. Something about those bent rockers and not able to close the door has me concerned. It might of been jacked up door hinges or the latch was closed with the door open. It only had one door also.

My 6.9 has a possiblly failed IP, both fuel tanks are full of rust dust(Or rust crumbs really), sending units are shot, NSS on c6 has every wire exposed 1/2" back from crimps, Cruise servo connection at IP end is busted and don't know if it works, intermittent wiper motor is froze solid, cowl seal is disintegrated, a/c equipped core support and battery trays are destroyed from dual battery fire, POS battery cable, (current one is salvage and can only use one battery, have to connect second with jumper cables.), air filter housing mounting stud/bolt, return line kit, throttle/cruise linkages at IP, GP controller temp on/off sensor (2 wire sensor under alternator), driver headlight assembly, C6 has no reverse, (According to P.O.), etc... There might be more, this is just from memory. I'm going to try and get small things like fuel line and "universal" type things locally at parts house.

Here is how my local cab possibility is sitting currently and has for the past year:

Now, the front clip and engine are not mounted. They're on the ground beside the chassis. So basically, From the firewall forward is just open chassis. (Thankfully.)

Since I've never pulled or swapped a cab, What all tools would I need if my best option is to use the one pictured? and Is there a tutorial or walkthrough guide I can follow? Its a self service yard on the other side of town about 20 miles away. Going back home for tools will not be fun.

I use paypal for online transactions and cash for local deals. Can drive 2 hours out from East Houston area. Further if price is right or to good to pass up.
Any help or leads is much appreciated!

Those are OBS. They will work but with modifying them and I'm not experienced enough to start doing that. The rocker rim special is starting to look like my only option........The longer I wait the more chances the right cab is getting sold or destroyed...

Brick nose heaven! If its legit. Maybe.

Well.....Just found a site called Row52.com and it puts parts pullers in touch with people needing parts. According to it, I found a GOLD MINE of brick nose trucks F150's. Has anyone used this before? If its legit, I just found the place I need. Once I get the '87 done, The '89 is next. But it gets body shop first. It needs it in two places badly.

BTW: Add factory trailer towing wire harness to the list but not mission critical. I would like to integrate a towing package into the truck instead of some aftermarket stand alone thing running extra wires.
