One of the guys put Air Bags on his and has a pic of 950LBS in the bed. Way more than I will ever use it for.

Got the Ute all assembled, Cleanded up and off to by Buddys Body Shop this morning. He is going to do fill the gaps, and prep the truck for paint, then I will get it back on Friday and start the paint job.

I put 50 miles on it yesterday, what a blast to drive! Straight piped, Intake, lots of turbo whistle and plenty of power. Gonna love this lil Shop Truck!

This picture is playing tricks on my eyes. its just the right angle and lighting where the rear quarter window sometimes looks like the back glass if you look at it just right. Anybody else getting this?

I found out about these kits after I bought my 2 door golf. If I would have know about them I would have bought a 4 door or a Jetta.

Too cool.

So process question here. Are you going to paint over the rock guard stuff? Or do you have to mask it off?

I love these. I would buy a Jetta just to do this. My neighbor has a jetta and I keep trying to talk him into this.
