    Dreaded ATS OEM Turbo Up-pipe slip joint leak has killed my boost 2022 edition.

    Some auto body steel wool, mix some high-temp RTV into it...tuck tightly into pipe slip-joint on exterior of inside pipe. allow to cure. easy to remove if ever have to take apart and only 10.00 in materials.

    Old thread I know but.....but autobody steel wool......take a pad and gently pull it apart untill you have a long mess of steel wool. Massage it for a bit to get the broken bits out ( there will be some). Hope your wearing your gloves and glasses, now take your favorite high temp RTV and work...

    So away I went. New interior, to include a set of seats from an 1986 e350 motorhome ,replaced heater/ac box, replaced wire harness ( underdash under hood), built a new steering column, installed a pedal assy, complete guage package to look after the vitals...
