T beam and leaf spring is the worst. Being it's also a 350 might be worst ride ever. Prob never will be very good. Didn't matter what I did to my 85 f250 4x4.- plywood

Is a turbo mandatory for fuel economy?
Turbos don't spin for free off otherwise wasted exhaust gases or temperatures. It causes back pressure which causes less exhaust to escape the cylinder and therefore less to enter. Unless of course boost pushes air in faster in the rpm...load etc where the turbo is in it's efficiency curve. If...- plywood

My old 85 Jetta n/a got about 40 like most. The turbo ones all got 32-35. Mostly a gearing thing vs where the turbo is efficient but same with these trucks. Gears...crusing rpm....turbo type....load...etc- plywood

Lift options F350
The truck in my sig was a 460 therefore it has the softer two leaf pack up front. With the RSK I will be perfectly level and should be riding...well it rides good now...when it had the 460/C6 it reminded me of an LTD or Continental. No giddyup
No smoke no boost= not enough fuel I would think. If it was timing alone I would expect smoke from a turned up pump. Maybe IP couldn't take it???- plywood

I spent a year driving a DT466 with an Allison. Definitely not exciting or zippy like an Isuzu but got the job done. Might be ok for a decked studded high rpm high fuel monster.- plywood

Main thing is you don't want enough to migrate onto the armature. Conductive material will collect in the grease in between the contacts and cause a short.- plywood

replaced tach sensor but still no tach & E40 D limp mode
Check the ice cube solenoid for power supply to tranny. If it goes bad tranny goes in limp mode plus it Powers other things like I think maybe the tach ometer.- plywood

With Ford you may have a BW transfer case or NP in the same year LOL. I found that there are always variations. In my conversion to zf5 I used part of a cross member from one truck and part of it from another. Two pieces from two different trucks that used existing holes but one piece kind of...- plywood
