When I am driving through town and I lightly put on my break I hear a loud clunk under the front end. It sound like it is coming from under driver side to middle and can be felt under passenger side also. Anyone have a clue? Everything looks and feels tight including shocks.
For the 47RE my manual says 14 - 16 quarts (DRY FILL CAPACITY). The 46RE says 9 - 11 quarts. Drain all your old fluid in a container to check how much you got out then refill with like amount.
You were not :Banned It was kind of last minute because of Dave's incessant  He is much better now.:D I don't know what you would think of the wife now that she is 7 months pregnant. She's a big girl now.
Now if only the NW premier kdp fixing guy L J  (name left out as to not hurt the young lads feelings) would endorse the idea, it might take off.:D:rolleyes:
Come over to the other side Muddy!;Poke You can do it.:D Soon my case is coming off and a tab will be put in the place of that gawd awful set screw. No problems yet, but, who knows when.
I think you should just tab it at that point Muddy. As long as a person had to ability to make a tab, it would be cheap. I think the kit only costs about 50.00, still a small price to pay for the fix. You would also be getting rid of the problem of having an aluminum case and a steel set screw...
