A/C squealing help
So my A/C started squealing the other day. But, it only does it when the compressor is NOT engaged... when it engages it quits squealings and works like it should and blows ice cold. Any ideas on fix? Is it just a bearing or something on the clutch? I'm in college so I'd rather not have to buy a...- Mtorg

Heater core part number
The heater in my 86' has not been working for a while. That's not a problem in summer, but it's getting pretty cold now! Please tell me it's not the injection pump....
I didn't think to mention how new it was, looking back I should have though! I was just inside the one year warranty they offered so it was a good time for it to die! I think the shop was industrial injection in salt lake. I had a local shop send it off so I'm not positive.- Mtorg

Well, the ol' ford laid down on me (again). I was headed out camping and i stopped to get a fuel mixer for my chainsaw. I'm pretty sure the truck was running normal. I got in and took off and noticed that the throttle was a little stiffer than usual and thought that maybe it had come loose on...- Mtorg

Changing injectors and GP's

Timing question for high altitude
Not to steal a thread here, but i was wondering the same thing, but for a higher elevation... I live at 7200 and often go 9000-10000. She smokes a lot (still some gray at WOT) and little low end power. Any ideas? Im installing new injectors next weekend so what should i set it at? Sent from my...- Mtorg

86 6.9 Glow plug part numbers?
I can't seem to find a part number for the Beru glow plugs. I would look on my truck, but I currently have 8 burnt out AC delcos, so no help there. Thanks! :)- Mtorg
