2005 was it a good year?

I'm sure you made a decision by now, but as an '03 owner the auto trans are super weak and the MTBF seems to be around 100k or less. As for the engine, if left stock she's a beast and very reliable. As for everything else, keep up on the preventative maintenance repairs or she'll eat you alive.

    Jesus Freak's WMO tow truck

So which tank does your return line feed? That's always seemed to be the biggest talking point on switching fuels is diluting one tank or the other while running. As for the exhaust, sounds like you found a great option to quiet it down. I had a straight pipe for about a week and couldn't stand...

    Too loud?

I used a Dynomax Straight-thru muffler on mine, dumped in front of the rear axle. Cut out the rasp at the top while leaving the rumble. Once I put the turbo on though, it was quieter than stock. https://www.summitracing.com/parts/wlk-17296/

    Throttle fix.

With a NA engine the cable replacement process isn't too bad. Definitely buy the OE one, I used aftermarket and it was so stiff it popped the fuse for Cruise Control.

    Promise... the build

Best photos I can find right now. Used 2 pieces of 1.5" Angle Iron with diagonal bracing closer to the frame, plus 2 pieces larger angle iron with two bolts on each side to the frame. Dropped it down about 4-5" lower than the brackets that it came with would have. The hoops I have laying...

    Promise... the build

I have one or two of the small universal Carr Hoop steps you can have if you make it down this way. FYI I added the steps you can see in my profile picture, but I used some scrap steel to mount them directly to the frame and down a bit from where most people mount them to the pinch weld on the...

    well this was a surprise......

I didn't find out my original radiator had an issue until I was 30 Miles into a 2000 Mile trip with a 5th wheel trailer on back. I ended up limping along until night (Overheated above 30MPH), at which point it ran cool enough to get back up to speed. Did that till I got to Vegas and changed it...

Friend or shop near Index, Wa.

I can also lend a hand if I have some notice, as I'm in Vancouver WA. I've done most repairs on my truck over the years, even though I no longer own her.

    Does this trailer look funky?

I Wouldn't bother with it. Definitely a custom built trailer, which usually leads to more headaches.

    Champion Radiators for the IDI

Well, just to be the advocate here, mine has been in for about three years and no worries! These radiators, being aluminum, are susceptible to electrolysis so if your electrical system has issues with grounding, or your coolant isn't just right(SCA's do need charging occasionally) that can have...

    Clutch problem

I've only had that happen with the DMF, so yes probably hydraulics or something got onto your disc and then burnt off.

    Before and after

Oh man, that truck is Suhweet Vegas39! Looks awesome for tan, and the headlights really compliment the beautiful bumpers.

    7.3 NA down

That's a ground issue. Check all major ground wires THOROUGHLY at battery and block, to include removing, cleaning and reinstalling them.

    Turn Indicator Switch

E7TA138302BA, E7TA13B302BA, E7TZ13341B Those should be the OE numbers that work, but your '89 may have been phased out. I know my '93 switch is still around though. Found the numbers on RockAuto http://www.rockauto.com/en/moreinfo.php?pk=1193958&cc=1126482&jsn=531
