selahdoor, thanks for replying just trying to find one to buy or rent. ok here is how we used to time these old girls. have fuel in the pumpby just turning it over and disconnect return line on #1 to make sure u have fuel to it. now set your crank to top dead center, now disconnect #1 press...- fjkontur

little tip on the starter top bolt..that MFT WILL GET A TON OF OILAND DIRT CRAMMED AROUND THE HEAD AND U CANT GET A SOCKET ON IT FOR LOVE OR MONEY AND THIS IS THE PROBLEM.. Water pump bolts?
imp *** respot the tach welds on the top nuts on the inside of the plate and also the 2 bottom nuts, they tend to be lightly tacked. if u have a water leak this is where it has accoured because the nuts have broke loose while tighting the plate. now u have to tear it all down and fix the...- fjkontur
