    Hopefully I can get the truck in the shop in the next couple of days and check out the wiring harness and the return lines. I replaced all the return lines, orings and clamps about 5 years or so ago.

    Is air intrusion as big of a deal with an electric fuel pump. I installed one a few years ago.

    The truck idles fast until it warms up. 750 maybe. I will check the continuity of the connectors.

    I just checked out the bushings. The sway bar is worn and it looks like a the rearward on the front springs are worn. Aslo the truck is occasionally making popping sounds under the driverside floor when turning.

    Pushrod length on the master cylinder? I didnt measure anything on the master cylinder I just Swapped it and started bleeding brakes. This truck has never really had good brakes. But got worse when I had a line blow and I had to replace the abs valve and then the maste cylinder.

    Shew a Grand that's pricey. The energy suspension looked to be around $250 with bolts.

    I dontt think so on the hot brake fluid it does it even when you start the truck. I can stop the truck you just have to push the pedal almost to the floor. If I adjust the rear brakes anymore the rear wheels get a little grabby.
