Is it correct that im seeing that what weve got here is a 6.0/ maybe 6.4 fan clutch with and adapter bushing? Thats pretty cool, do you turn those yourself?- BR3

Selling upgraded drop in fans!
Interesting that the plastic fan is actually heavier. I swapped my obs psd with a 6.0 fan and assumed I was getting a reasonable weight savings just holding them in my hand. That was one of the main reasons I spent the coin on it in the first place. I guess it really falls to where the weight...- BR3

But, that is Definitely not the "cheap" route lol. Solo's kits are designed for pre runner strength upgrades mostly, last I looked they were $2000 a kit entry level. So Unless you've got some heavy skills and tooling, or have extremely extremely good guessfab skills, youd loose a lot in tires haha- BR3

Any 10.25 or 10.50 cover is interchangeable. All the way up to current. But for that matter so are the internals mostly lol. Those covers (gnathv) were stock in the 08 era, but never on OBS. Just a good upgrade. Correct again, most of the duallys 00+ got Dana 80's, that's why they don't work...- BR3

Did a lot of looking on this one. For a potential project once, and I would definitely say go coil sprung super duty 60. There's so much less work involved for so much gain. 2+2 does not equal 4
I would estimate that F super is nearly a 6" lift up front over a stock 250, 4"+ on the stock 350 springs, Wich would work out to about 4" over stock needed in the rear to level, and would put you right at your estimated block height of 7" to get you 2" high rear, so cheap and tall usually...- BR3

Just as a side note, i have never seen obs trucks that weren't f-supers with lower u bolt plates and top bends. My money is that someone swapped out your whole spring assy. With f super duty stuff and just ground the bottom plate to match the axle. Also, is your front lifted at all? How many...- BR3

Well if you took the heater core all the way out, then you can see the whole portion of duct that would allow for good airflow in cooling but not in heating. The heater core case pulls air from the evaporator case, and if it blows good cold, there should not be an issue there. Can you post a...- BR3

The temperature dial is cable. The locational damper system is vaccum though so if you get trouble in that regard itll only blow out the defroster I'm going slim chance on rodent nest, because where it would have to be located to block heat only airflow would be a super wierd rats nest lol.
