check for voltage at the fuel solanoid, if none than jump a hot wire to it. turbo should be fine, remember jus a tap is enough either for a diesel. mine became a junky after a couple months then ate the valves after a year. oil should be ok unless its really thin like wd40. a heat gun aimed at...
tach came off peg, new cam sensor, unpluged ip sensor, and still nothing. guess ill push it into the garage for the winter and pull it all apart. have another motor to throw in it.

off topic but they made a 275hp 7.3 psd before and while making a 250hp 7.3 psd.... from what ive heard has a diff cam, hpop, turbo, and injectors

got ticking in mine now. thinking i might have an exaust valve not seating. everything under the covers is good and the injectors are fine (swaped them out for the g codes).
it is the same motor swap, door says it was produced 9/93. no wires goining under the valve covers. ip looks the same as the '89. digital camra bit the dust while finishin up my truck. cell is a piece of crap, rugbys suck dont get one. maybe a diff gauge cluster from a psd? idk... i do kno a few...
