Folks,

Will be doing upgrades on vBulletin this evening, going to the latest rev of the software. Hopefully only intermittent outages.

This is good news, Mike. The upgrade should cure many/most of the problems we've been having. It will be a vast improvement. Upgrading is a pretty monumental task, and I'm sure you're not done yet. There are things not yet working, but we have a much more stable forum. The finer points, the tweaking, can come at a somewhat slower pace.

Yeah, it's plain Jane right now until I get some new themes loaded. Thanks for your patience guys. I owe thanks to a couple guys I have working behind the scenes as well. Without that help the upgrades couldn't have happened.

I said this in Gary's thread on the IDI board, but I'll re-post it here...thank you and the behind-the-scenes guys for all of your hard work!! The site seems to be running much better now.

I don't know how many things were permanently changed, but I think that I'm not the only one who would like to see the "Thanks" button returned, if it's feasible/practical. If not, it's not the end of the world...thank you again for all the work

Thanks mike! Gonna take a bit to get used to the new layout but shoot i'm on here enough that it wont take long. Every 3 years for a new layout is not bad at all. Daggone Firefox changes their layout every 3 weeks which really ****** me off. Oh well I really enjoy this site its a great resource for the trucks of course and I've made a few friends along the way
