me and the family are in as far as I know, just trying to decide if a day trip or a weekend adventure
What about a day cruise to the national air and space museum ?

I like the Jimmy cone idea but have to agree at this point that it might have to wait. It was enough to line up the schedule and someone messed up the first weekend. Cough cough lol
I would be up for hitting some ice cream joint afterwards to hang out and sugar up the kids. I am sure we could find some mom and pop place to support.

There are a lot of cruise ins in this area. I know of a couple others that rotate through on the off weekends from Jimmy Cone. Probably not as big as the Jimmy Cone one though. For you PA guys, you'd be passing through here anyway most likely. There's a pretty good Ice cream shop in Westminster MD that has a reasonable amount of parking too. All home made on site. If you are looking for a snack on the way home let me know.

ok, now that the rally is behind is, this is next up.
Looks like we are about 2 weeks away. Is everyone still in?
As far as ice cream after, there is a meadows frozen custard place not far from the museum that would be on the way home for most of you guys. there is no cruise in associated with it at all. Just kind of a cool little area, with places to eat near by also.
If you all wanted to do a cruise in, I'll have to leave it up to you PA guys.

I would love to go. Can't commit at this time though, due to the fact that it is the weekend before Suzi's surgery. Will have to play this one by ear. I will put it on my Calendar though, and see how it goes.
