well bench bleeding the master turned into a BFD.
the rear port would not give me any fluid what so ever.
i ended up taking the fitting on the master apart, and i had great fluid pressure before the fitting.
so i gutted the valve, took out everything so it will not restrict fluid pressure.
and bled the brakes. all 4 corners have air free fliud in the lines.
glad i installed that prop valve! now i can adjust front to rear bias soon as i get it running.

its hotter than a witches caldron. and i have to get some work done, but i should have the cab buttoned up today.
still have to finish the hole in the firewall for the steering, pull the battery tray out and paint it. (it has a bolt on the firewall)
finish a bit of wiring for the doors, i have them isolated, but disconnected so i dont kill the battery when i have the doors open.
she should be running in the next few days....

on wednesday i get to pick up a bronco!

Sent from my SAMSUNG-SM-G935A using Tapatalk

i wanted to do this with the powerstroke. but i found a short bed instead.
im taking that 96 CC DRW, and adding another bronco back half to it.

the rear of the truck, im going to implement as a front section of the other bronco back half i have.
hell i may buy yet another bronco, to do this to.
and now that there are plans for a OBS bronco, i may change the front clip of the current one to bull nose.
are you confused yet?
6 door = bronco style bed
96 = going 4 door bronco... perhaps 2wd, slammed w/ powerstroke?
current 4 dr bronco = bullnose
powerstroke = 6 door short bed DRW 4WD

ill be busy until im dead.....
EVERYTHING MUST BE CUSTOM
STOCK VEHICLES ARE BORRRRRRRINGGGGGGG!
LOL

60 dollars of Lucas gear fluid up in smoke, for just the rear diff!
i got alot of little BS items off the list today.

finding a new brick nose grille emblem is turning out to be a f'n hastle!
i keep getting bull nose emblems sent to me:dunno

front speakers were blown, installed new ones
passenger door switch hooked up.
front filler panels below the head lights installed.
e-brake cables are gonna have to be ordered. butttt. im broke.
had an oil leak from the drain plug on the bottom of the oil pan, fixed.
trans leak had a bent PTO cover. pulled, hammered, and RTV'd
i have what appears to be my last shopping list!(yea right)
but cross your fingers, it should be a runner tomorrow!
so fricken tired of pushing this rig around with the forklift!

the new dent and the bed will have to wait until after the 4th...
