Might be missing the original grille but the IC makes up for it and still looks pretty cool not to mention the fuel mileage spike from 16 with the Navistar and C6 to 21 at 75mph with the 12V and NV4500 swapped in.

It really wasn't that hard fit in like a glove just had to watch clearance on the rear valve cover and the AC compressor though didn't have to move them just gets a little tight. If you want to do any modifications to the engine before dropping it in likke the valve springs I would do all that first. My Lower radiator hose had to squeeze between the compressor and frame rail and I am a little cautious about it wearing thin prematurely. The AC manifold I got from https://www.dieselconversion.com with my kit may need some clearance on the cross-member under the motor but very little if any, I just haven't gotten it hooked up yet. The tranny I had to use my old cross member and adjust it form the C-6 but it fit right in with little adjustment and then just cut a hole on the tranny hump pan for the stick. Like I said though other than the minor fab work it really went quite easy.

"Fix"? Um, just take it OFF!! I think I'd wet myself if I ever pulled up behind a pickup truck with the tailgate taped shut.

With all the winter salts thrown down, if you see a Wisconsin license plate, it's safe to assume parts will be dropping
