Hey everyone, after lurking here for about a year I finally decided to make an account. I've had my 1993 IDI N/A for about a year now, and absolutely love it. Has never failed on me, and does whatever job I throw at it. I haven't done much work to it yet, but here's a run-down of what I have done
-Replaced cracked coolant hoses
-Replaced fuel return lines
-Replaced idler pulley and tensioner pulley when they decided to literally eat each other
-Hooked up a self contained block heater system because I have no access to power in the winter (Street parking, live in apartment)
-In the process of installing my rear fuel tank but keep having issues. Have the tank and filler neck, but the electrical connections and fuel lines are different between the connections on the body and my sending unit
Other than those few pieces, I slapped a tool box in her and have loved the diesel life ever since!
