The truck that I'm working on is a Diesel (of course!) '90 F350 CCLB RWD, soon to have ZF5

I need the drive shaft assembly or part numbers, my parts catalog only covers slant nose.

I'm looking for a ZF547 too, by the way (both posted in "wanted".

Thank you,
Kizer

An 85 up Slantnose with T19 uses E5TZ 4R602-E, I believe.

Any chance it's a similar part # for brick nose?

I guess this is a tough one to answer...at least I don't feel too bad, anymore, for not being successful in my research.
I'll post the part # in parts bin when I get it figured out.

Yeah, started in 88 or late 87.
Thing is, you seem to be trying to find a "new" one. That probably won't happen.
Either have one built, or get one from a junkyard.

Oh no... I don't need a new one. I just like to have the part # when I'm looking for parts. In my experience, it mitigates the the opportunity for failure due to "misunderstanding". That's all. I hate making more trips to the parts house / junk yard than I absolutely have to.

Jeez man the whole truck wasn't much more than that.

Amazed you found a yard with a straight undamaged shaft. Around here everything is forked so things like drive shafts are always destroyed. I paid around $700 for a new two piece shaft years ago with all spicer parts and joints, if that helps.

If you are handy you can build your own shaft and have it balanced for far less. Local yards only ask 35 for a drive shaft. The trouble is like mentioned most get bent moving the trucks.

Found 1 on fleabay for $175! They had pics of the truck so, as long as the DS actually came out of that truck, should be good... At least I'll have a better starting point.
