I would love to learn how to do this, but, how do you test them other than running them?

Check the armature clearance.
You can get shim kits for those.
Rosewood diesel should have some parts.
Mel also does psd injectors, maybe ask him.

I looked up rosewood yesterday as i thought they were the ones who had the kits so you could rebuild your own injectors to whatever size you wanted.they have nothing on thier site
a quick net search brought up many forums saying CALL rosewood.

Was lookin to rebuild a set for a buddies car hauler.figured pulling 3 or 4 cars with an f350,a set of stage 1s would be good for him.

Id scrap it before using anything from swamps.theyre **** has ruined too many trucks for me to trust thier products.if anything id go back to BDP.
