have owned 5yrs in Aug.
wife's is a 2004 VW jetta TDI with 270,000km
many other diesels in my collection: recently purchased a 1997 F250 crewcab 7.3 ZF 2wd > making it a 4wd over the summer to replace my rusty van.
too many others to list.

love the 7.3 powerstroke, and its reliability when maintained. my van regularly pulls 10,000lbs (trailer and load) and also hauls me around with the family and dog. and has hauled 14,000lbs on a few occasions:rolleyes:, scary with single rear wheels!

welcome to OB!

any IDI's?

we are a little slow on the PSD side of the house, but top notch on the indirect engines.

i love them both

7.3 idi's : 1990 F350 crewcab 4x4 future winter beater, 1990 C350 Centurion 4 door bronco>resto project(banks sidewinder). , 1989 E250 clubwagon xlt , 1988 E350 ex ambulance parts truck(hypermax),93 F350 crewcab dually 2wd parts truck.

have more 7.3 powerstrokes but only 1 on the road at present. the Centurion will get a powerstroke when I restore it, but the 7.3 with the sidewinder will be going into my E150 shorty van

Yep that's him.
For me it was worth it. Cheaper than any other kits on the market. Also easier for me than trying to get all the fittings and everything. All the parts/hardware stores down here suck.

the van came from California , was here for only 2 summers and had a battery fire but it did a lot ofdamage. dash.windshiled, hood ,grille, seats. fenders and doors and roof survived with only smoke stains but i am putting a 90 red xlt clubwagon interior init. bucket sand first bench. then a little bed in the rear for when we leave the kids at home :) .

the standalone powerstroek harness interests me, i had consider putting a 7.3 powerstroek in it but didn't want to swap in acompelte Eseries harness froma powerstroek.

my centurion is hopefully goign to be a 86 tub and frotn clip with a red 87-91 interior and a 96/97 powerstroke/E4OD. always liekd the look of a dually centurion , only seen pics of 2 of them.

cheers James
