Cleaned it off, let them run in a few days, oil coming out of the fat rubber tube at one end, and that little elbow.

I'm reading similar issues with these and a popular solution is deleting the EGR system?

I want to start with cleaning as much of any clogs as I can, any pointers?

I'm only able to be there about 2 to 3 hours a day, and it comes home piping hot haha

The 2 leaky hoses are definitely being replaced, but with the amount of pressure and spray I want to make sure there's no underlying cause?
Or am I over thinking things heehee
