Well It was yesterday.
Hauled the travel trailer back down the steep hot dusty forest service road. Planning on a 6.0L trans cooler upgrade.

I washed all the dust off the truck.

Rolled 190k on the 97 down at the shore.....all original except the vacuum pump
almost made my custom bumper even more custom when 2 bruthas thought it would be smart to make a left hand turn from a non turn lane.

It hauled me and my junk to our new house. Stoopid frecking water pump is leaking again. Didn't leak a drop the whole almost 900 miles here, let it sit a week and the leak is back. I accidentally red lock tited the fan instead of blue.... oops. ..

Oh definitely. Last time I took it off, I had to use an air hammer. It got a little beat up.

And lock that red loctite up in a secured cabinet somewhere (maybe bolt it shut with some blue loctite....)

I watched the driver's side axle slide right out of the axle housing on me today as I made a right hand turn into McD's... All 8 of the bolts that hold the axle to the hub sheared off somehow. She's at a shop now, hopefully getting fixed and not costing me an arm, leg, and left ********... hopefully...

^^^^^^ Any "collateral" damage, or did you manage to stop before it slid all the way out and the truck fell?
